The location was superb! I was just next to the cathedral. The building had great architecture, though the parking was expensive. Staff were very friendly.
The room implied that there was a bathtub included. This was not the case. When I queried the bathtub issue with reception, they said that none of the rooms have bathtubs. I found it odd that they did not check to see if we required a travel cot in our room because they were aware that a child was staying with us.

The structure is beautiful. I appreciated the helpful and cordial staff. The location is excellent. Local amenities and the cathedral are only a minute away on foot. Car parking access was a plus, too.
I experienced some difficulty finding the car park. The process seemed complicated, involving several locations. I believe some staff members need additional training to meet typical standards for similar hotels.

The staff showed excellent service, they were helpful and attentive. One staff member provided useful directions and information. Their responsiveness to requests was definitely appreciated..

Parking was available, a significant advantage given the central location. There is a cosy bar and a breakfast room, both provided a convenient space for guests. The breakfast room was well-lit and organized.

The room was very clean and presented well. Staff were REALLY nice and nothing was too much trouble for them. They also have some car parking spaces. I found this very convenient. The location is also perfect.
I found that staff were not too friendly? Parking was also a bit of a faff, there are three different car parks. These are a little tricky to find and one is not that close to the hotel. The closest one to the hotel only has around six spaces. It gets full quickly.

The location on Holywell Hill is undeniably advantageous, with easy access to the cathedral and the town center.
I found the parking arrangements quite complicated, involving multiple locations. Obtaining a map in advance proved impossible despite my request. The shower was also problematic. Water sprayed from the top, soaking the entire bathroom and rendering it unusable. Only the bath could be utilized, disappointing.

The breakfast selection had many choices. The staff was attentive and polite. They offered help when I struggled to find a parking space.
My room was on the ground floor. I was woken at 1 am by heavy footsteps above. I was kept awake by corridor noises and noises from upstairs. The wooden floors did not help.
